    Launched October 13th, 2017 Project Deadline January 10th, 2018

    My Students

My grade 5 students, our learning buddies in grade one as well as students in Tech. Club My students love exploring technology with "Lab Girl". My students have the desire to explore coding. They wish to make robot mazes in nature, code programs, control technology and robots. They want to be able to record their learning with technogy use apps and create them. . They want to become more proficient in coding and using technology which can't happen right now with our 5 to 1 technology ratio.

How will this project impact them?

Our learning goals include becoming proficient in computer science coding which is our future. We have researched the future needs in technogy and science related jobs. Lab Girl has helped us realize that anything is possible when we have science dreams. If our campaign is successful we would move towards 2:1 technology. . Can you imagine every child with an iPad in hand coding a Mini Sphero Ball or an Ozobot. Can you imagine Grade 5 students creating apps and teaching others. Our teacher wants to integrate Ozobot and Mini Sphero balls into our language and math programs. We as students agree that this would really make language, math and science so exciting! Your donation would help to keep us in line with the most modern methods of learning. We have a teacher who wants to give us the very best opportunities. Please donate to our soon to be tech. infused classroom.
