    My Students

This is a grade one class and this is giving students an opportunity to use technology for learning. Having technology in the room allows students to work with each and to learn how to code at the level they can understand it. One of the challenges of this project will be teaching the students to take turns while working with the iPads, Another challenge is building parent awareness this is a skill children need.

How will this project impact them?

With one mini iPads , students will be have more opportunities to use technology in the classroom. I hope having more iPads for coding will advance the students ability. Having these basic skill will allow them to advance to the level. If my campaign is successful it would allow students to work in smaller groups when using iPads as there are more available to them. Having the Osmo will also build the students understanding of money.. Also having the Sphero robotic ball toy will allow the students to take their skills to the next level. We are focusing on math skills this year and this will be another way for them to use them. This donation will make learning more engaging for the students.
